AINUN MARDIYAH YASIR (G0111 71 534) “Insidensi dan intensitas penyakit busuk batang (Botryodiplodia theobromae ) pada tanaman jeruk siam (Citrus nobilis) di Desa Waelawi dan Desa Pengkajoang, Kecamatan Malangke Barat, Luwu Utara”. Dibimbing oleh Tutik Kuswinanti dan Baharuddin.
Penyakit busuk
batang disebabkan oleh cendawan Botryodiplodia
theobromae. Penyakit
Pengkajoang
tidak ditemukan gejala penyakit busuk batang. Berdasarkan karakteristik
morfologi dan mikroskopis patogen penyebab busuk batang yaitu Botryodiplodia
theobromae.

ABSTRACT
AINUN MARDIYAH YASIR (G0111 71 534) "Incidence and severity of stem rot disease (Botryodiplodia theobromae ) in siamese citrus (Citrus nobilis) in Waelawi and Pengkajoang Villages, Malangke Barat district, Luwu Utara. Supervised by Tutik Kuswinanti and Baharuddin.
Stem rot disease
on citrus caused by the fungus Botryodiplodia theobromae. The disease
can threaten damage and destory 63,431 ha of citrus plantations in Indonesia.
The purpose of this study was to determine the incidence and severity of stem
rot disease (B. theobromae ) in Siamese citrus (C. nobilis) in
Waelawi and Pengkajoang Villages, Malangke Barat District, Luwu Utara.
This research was also carried out in the Plant Disease Laboratory, Department
of Plant Pests and Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, Hasanuddin University,
Makassar which takes place from October to December 2020. The research method
was started by determining the location, observing the disease symptoms by
calculating the incidence and severity of the disease, identification of
pathogen based on it morphological and microscopical features. The results
showed that in Waelawi Village, there was a 99% incidence of stem rot with a
disease intensity of 49%. Meanwhile, in Pengkajoang Village, no symptoms of stem rot disease were found. Based
on morphology and microscopies characteristics the pathogen causing the stem
rot disease was Botryodiplodia theobromae.
